Turkey Manhattans: The Easy Way

One my favorite recipes from childhood is Turkey Manhattans, but living in a small room with no real kitchen, I've had to find ways of cooking some of my favorites without traditional methods. Below is a typical Turkey Manhattan recipe, the easy way. 

1. Sliced Bread (I used 35 calorie Honey Wheat Bread)

2. Turkey Gravy
3. One pound thin sliced turkey
4. One packet instant mashed potatoes

1. Mix Mashed Potatoes with 2 cups water in microwave safe dish, cook for 3 minutes in microwave
2. In second microwave safe dish, warm turkey gravy for 1 minute 30 seconds. Cover with paper towel so it doesn't splatter
3. Put one piece of bread on dish, cover with your choice of serving size of turkey, microwave for 30 seconds
4. Cover with mashed potatoes and gravy

5. Enjoy 😋
